It was just a reliable pick for a weekend trip in Santa Marta with decent value for money. The staff took around 30 minutes to check us in and they were unfriendly, really uncomfortable experience. If possible, check if the room is ready before you arrive.

The staff lacked English proficiency, making even simple inquiries difficult. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting during our stay, which was frustrating. Breakfast was served in a confusing manner, and we had trouble getting what we wanted due to language barriers.

The extensive pool area was excellent, providing plenty of space to relax with beautiful views. Staff were exceptional, very attentive and friendly, making the stay feel personal. However, the room was ordinary and on the smaller side, and the food quality did not meet my high standards, although the fresh croissants were a nice touch. The location was convenient but lacked vibrant entertainment options.

Had a spacious Superior Double Room with air conditioning, a minibar, and a balcony overlooking the beach. The pool was clean and nice for relaxing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of local dishes. The area felt calm and less crowded, with easy beach access.

The location is amazing, right by the dock which made it super easy to catch small ships to other beaches. The staff there are really friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home.

Unfortunately, the elevator situation became a hassle. the main lift was out of order for several days, forcing everyone to climb five flights of stairs. The Wi-Fi network constantly dropped, making it tricky to stay connected. Moreover, the noise from both the street and beach could be disruptive for those looking for a peaceful night's sleep, so be prepared with earplugs if you are sensitive to sound.

A Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

I appreciated the spacious layout of our Superior Double Room. The ocean view from the balcony made mornings special. Don't miss the delightful onsite restaurant. their seafood dishes are fresh and flavorful!
